Job Description:

As a Nursing Home Administrator with us, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the operations at Cheyenne Medical Lodge. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of the facility, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of effective team management, strong communication skills, and a background in healthcare administration.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Texas (LNFA).

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration.

• Stable work history with proven reliability.

• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including financial management, and regulatory compliance.

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the community to ensure satisfaction and promote the facility's reputation.

• Ensure the facility is well-maintained and in compliance with safety and health standards.
